You'll be running to the bathroom during work to scoff a handful. Your partner will yell at you when you set 3am alarms to wake up for a fix. Your friends will stage a Life Mix intervention. / 16 oz. dry roasted, unsalted sunflower seed kernels
/ 16 oz. raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds
/ 8 oz. dry roasted, unsalted almond slivers
/ 6 oz. dried pineapple, cut up
/ 5 oz. dried flake coconut (toasted if possible)
Directions: Mix. Alternatively, enjoy with almond or coconut milk. Easy, right.
